Four things that don't change between the homes.
- 3.2 metres wide, all four
- There is no narrow option among the four homes. The width is the reason the business exists, so it is not something you trade away to hit a price.
- Built in our own Melbourne factory
- Indoors, on our own chassis, to a fixed price and a stated date — the same process whichever of the four homes you choose.
- Built to BAL 29 Bushfire Resistant standards
- Specified as standard on all four homes rather than sold as an upgrade to whoever thinks to ask.
- Off-grid configurable
- Any of the four homes can be set up for power, water and waste on a block with no services at the boundary.

The Backyard Pod is a different thing entirely.
The four homes above are 3.2-metre-wide homes on a registered chassis. The Backyard Pod is our entry-level line and a separate category: a fixed studio with a footprint under 10m², installed on an adjustable footing system rather than towed on wheels. It is a room in the backyard — an office, a studio, a quiet space — not a home to live in.
