Most MicroHomes are made to order, and take 12 weeks to build from the start of your build — plus whatever the queue is when you delivery. Sometimes a finished one is ready sooner than that — when it is, it’s here.
What is available right now
Nothing’s ready-built at the moment.
Stock comes and goes, and we’d rather show you nothing than a home that has already sold. Ask us what’s in the Melbourne yard today and you’ll get the current answer — including “nothing this week” when that’s the truth — or start a made-to-order build from the range.
Three quite different things.
'Ready now' covers a few situations in this category, and they are not equivalent. Worth knowing which one you are being offered.
- Completed homes
- A home that has been built and is finished, rather than one that starts when you sign. The appeal is obvious: you can walk through the actual home you are buying instead of a drawing of it.
- Ex-display homes
- A home that has been used as a display unit. Fully built and finished, and usually configured to show the range well rather than to suit one particular block.
- Cancelled or reconfigured builds
- Occasionally a build becomes available part-way through. That can mean a shorter wait than a new order, and some of the specification already decided.
Four questions worth asking — of us or of anyone.
- What exactly is in it? A finished home was specified for someone else, or for a display floor. Ask for the actual inclusions rather than the model’s standard list.
- How was it used, and for how long? A display unit has had people walking through it. That is not a problem, but it is a fact you should have.
- What warranty applies? Ask what warranty applies to this unit, whether it runs from build or from your purchase, and get the answer in writing.
- Can it get onto your block? The fastest home to deliver is still the wrong home if it cannot be placed. Delivery access is worth settling before availability.

Listed homes are real units in the Melbourne yard, priced inc GST with Melbourne metro delivery; stock is by nature time-sensitive, so nothing here is an offer or a commitment that a particular home is still available — confirm it with us when you enquire. Build lead times are indicative and depend on configuration and schedule. Where a MicroHome can be placed, and for how long, is set by your local council rather than by how quickly it can be delivered.
